Our facility features continuous 24/7 high-definition thermal and motion-tracking CCTV systems connected directly to Avante Security's central monitoring station. In the event of any unauthorized perimeter breach or system alarm, tactical armed response units are immediately dispatched to our Oakville location.

Can I access my vehicle outside of business hours?

Yes. Although our coordinates remain highly confidential, certified suite holders enjoy authorized access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We require a 2-hour digital check-in through your customer console to verify biometrics and configure security systems for your arrival.

What physical barriers protect the cars from theft?

We deploy standard B2B military-grade physical reinforcements, including concrete security bollards at structural gateways, dual mechanical roll-gates with biometric scanning locks, double thick solid steel fire walls separating suites, and active tire spikes at exit paths to stop high-speed asset extraction.

What are the exact climate-controlled specifications?

The Reserve maintains a consistent interior temperature of 20°C and maintains relative humidity precisely between 50% and 55% year-round. This range prevents rubber component dry-rot, eliminates moisture/mildew, and preserves fragile leather, wiring insulation, and carbon structures.

How does trickle charging battery conditioning operate?

Every vehicle in our vault is connected to microprocessor CTEK trickle charging stations. The power feeds are monitored to ensure there are no overvoltages or dropouts. The systems log cycles, battery capacity profiles, and conditioning stages, making sure your battery stays at peak performance levels.

Do you offer start-up and warm-up services?

Absolutely. Depending on your chosen storage tier, we perform weekly or bi-weekly diagnostic startups. We run engine blocks to correct operating temperatures, cycle AC compressors, rotate steering joints, and advance tire locations by 90 degrees to eliminate flat spots.

How do I retrieve my car when I want to drive it?

To retrieve your vehicle, simply submit a request via our private customer portal or call your dedicated concierge with 24 hours of advance notice. We will perform dynamic fluid checks, adjust tire pressures, carry out a hand wash, and have the vehicle waiting in our secure staging bay or load it into our enclosed hydraulic flatbed.

What insurance policies cover the stored cars?

The Reserve carries comprehensive, high-limit garage keepers legal liability policies covering fire, theft, collision, and vandalism inside our physical facility. We also require all clients to maintain their individual classic, exotic, or collector comprehensive policies, adding a secondary layer of complete capital protection.

Are there short-term and seasonal storage options?
